Use of the site and payments

You must use our website and payment flows only for lawful purposes. Payments made through our site (e.g. via Stripe) are for custom software development services, SaaS development and licensing, or other software-related services as described at the time of payment and in your agreement with us. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.

Refund and cancellation policy

All payments are for custom software services and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. in a separate contract or order form). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under an agreement with us, contact us with your invoice or contract reference. We work primarily B2B; refund requests are handled in line with the signed agreement and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain all rights in our software, designs, and materials. You receive only the rights explicitly granted in a separate agreement or license. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our work without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our site and services are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddDuck Syndicate LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
