Refund and cancellation policy
All payments are for custom software services and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. in a separate contract or order form). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under an agreement with us, contact us with your invoice or contract reference. We work primarily B2B; refund requests are handled in line with the signed agreement and applicable law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain all rights in our software, designs, and materials. You receive only the rights explicitly granted in a separate agreement or license. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our work without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
