Solution
We implemented ingestion jobs with clear idempotency keys, a normalized warehouse schema in PostgreSQL, and incremental transforms. Go services handled orchestration and alerting; GCP primitives matched the client’s existing footprint.
Delivery
Documentation described data lineage, failure recovery, and how to add a new source. Knowledge transfer sessions walked the client team through deployment and monitoring.
Outcome
